Welcome to the 2015-2016 school year!  As we embark on an exciting school year, I look forward to working with you and your child to make this year's school experience awesome!    I bring nineteen years of teaching experience from Miami-Dade County, Gadsden County, and Tallahassee Community College; however I understand that every year brings an opportunity for me to grow professionally and gain wisdom in working with our greatest resource, our children.

You can expect immediate and constant feedback in the form of graded work and emails, so I ask that you check your child's online grade constantly.  I will do my best to make sure that graded assignments are updated immediately to reflect the most accurate grade.  If you need to contact me or have a question, the quickest way is via email, however I will do my best to return all messages within 24 hours.

I close with my personal mission statement:  "My experiences have taught me that any student can and will learn, but not necessarily on the same day, and not in the same way as other students.  With this belief etched in my heart, I set upon the task of learning how to determine what days, and in what ways student achievement can best be attained."
